Len Segel has lived almost half his life in the Mapleton Hill neighborhood of Boulder, with his wife Rachel, where they raised their two daughters. He has worked in the private sector as an architect and in the public sector as an instructor at CU. Len was raised in Pennsylvania, attended prep school in New Jersey, graduated with a masters of architecture from the University of Michigan, and absorbed 8 years in New York City before moving here in 1989. His prior public service experience includes the Denver Modern Architecture Preservation League, the Colorado American Institute of Architects, the Urban Land Institute, LeadingAge Colorado and Historic Boulder. Len is grateful for the opportunity to serve the History Museum.
