Keith Edwards is a Colorado native who moved to Boulder when he was eight. After graduating from Fairview High School, Keith completed his undergraduate work at the University of Colorado, where he received a B.A. in Political Science, graduating summa cum laude. Keith then received a B.S. in Political Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
With a strong desire to return to Boulder and work in and for the community he loves so much, Keith moved home to earn his law degree at the University of Colorado Law School. While at CU Law, Keith worked as a teaching assistant and research assistant while also serving as a board member and Articles Editor for the University of Colorado Law Review. Keith graduated from law school in 2010 and was inducted into the Order of the Coif.
Keith is now a member of the Boulder law firm Hutchinson Black and Cook, LLC, which has been serving clients in Boulder and all along the Front Range since 1891. Keith’s practice focuses on civil litigation with an emphasis on construction litigation, real estate litigation, and other complex commercial litigation. Keith’s clients include homeowners, landlords and tenants, general contractors and subcontractors, and local and national businesses involved in commercial disputes.
Outside of work, Keith enjoys spending time with his wife and three young boys, exploring the Colorado outdoors, and attending University of Colorado football games. He also enjoys coaching the mock trial team at his alma mater, Fairview High School.
