In this fantastic week of Sewing Camp with Tinker Art Studio, we’ll teach both hand sewing and basic machine sewing. Working on machines, campers will learn to design and sew simple patterns–choosing from options such as an eye mask and brush or pen holder. Other projects will include sewing a pillow, an over-the-shoulder sling bag, and even designing and sewing a stuffed animal. After learning the basics of hand and machine sewing, this is a fantastic medium to continue working in long after camp ends! Be sure to mark your calendar to join us on Friday for our Art Show on the Rooftop of MoB at 3:45pm!

TINKER ART STUDIO SUMMER CAMP CANCELLATION POLICY:
WE ARE DOING OUR BEST TO WORK WITH THE FLUID NATURE OF FAMILY’S CHANGING PLANS. AS A SMALL BUSINESS, WE NEED TO HAVE POLICIES IN PLACE TO SUPPORT OUR ABILITY TO BE HERE FOR YOU AND CONTINUE OFFERING PROGRAMMING. WE GRATEFULLY REQUEST THAT YOU RESPECT OUR CANCELLATION POLICIES LISTED BELOW. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
Payment is due in full at time of registration, and we do not offer refunds. When you register for a camp, we hold that space specifically for your child while others are not able to enroll. We also understand that sometimes plans change. Your camp registration includes a $25 cancellation fee per camp. In the event you need to cancel, we’ll issue a credit to your account (minus the $25 cancellation fee) for any cancellations until May 15th, 2022. After May 15th, 2022, only camp transfers are possible (until 14 days prior to your camp start) and no credit will be issued for a cancellation.
We are happy to transfer you into another camp, space permitting, anytime up to 14 days prior to the start of the camp you’re currently registered for. There is a $15 processing fee to switch into a new camp. Camps are non-transferrable within 14 days of the camp start date.
For cancellations, at any point, due to COVID related situations, we will issue you a credit.
We will issue a credit to your account, at any time, due to COVID related absences (i.e. feeling ill, testing positive or waiting for a test result, quarantine, etc). We’re committed to continuing to do our part to support our community during the pandemic. We are also a small business and have been heavily impacted financially since March of 2020. If you are in a position to support Tinker by not requesting a credit and allowing the tuition to remain with the business, we would greatly appreciate that support, but it is not expected.
A minimum of 5 students must be enrolled in order for camp to be held. We will notify you if your camp might not run due to low enrollment.
