This is an all-level Vinyasa class in which you will find equal opportunities for challenge and ease in your practice. Variations for poses and transitions are offered so you can focus on strength building, balance and breath per movement. Please honor your mind-body and modify as needed. Please bring your own mat.
Yoga, conscious breath, and meditation have been an integral part of my daily life for over 20 years now, and I’m passionate about sharing the depths of this practice in an accessible, individualized, and down-to-earth way.
