Yoga Flow on the Roof with Monica Nabholz

Join us for a summer series of yoga classes where you can bask in the sun while you enjoy incredible views of the flatirons from the rooftop at the Museum of Boulder!

This class is a vinyasa-style class that flows faster than a yoga class.  You can still modify and work at your own pace.  Focus on strength building, balance and breath per movement.
