Summer Yoga Series with Boulder Parks and Rec

Connecting our bodies and consciousness with the elements of nature.
In this class we take each pose individually and work within (not a flow class). We will discover how the five elements of nature – air, earth, fire, water and ether make up our bodies as we are a part of nature. This class, especially being outside, will bring us more in touch with these elements within; using Asanas that allow us to really feel these nature energies.

We will end with a guided relaxation. Blocks recommended.

About Karen Dowling:
I have been living in Boulder for 30 years now and have been a yoga instructor for 20 of those years in many of the yoga spaces around town. I am a Certified Iyengar Yoga Instructor and a Certified International Yoga Therapist. A typical Boulderite, I love nature and being outside- especially in a tree.
