Summer Yoga Series with Boulder Parks and Rec

Join us for a rooftop yoga class and enjoy one of the best views in Boulder! Revitalize your body, relax your mind, and reduce stress with standing flows and floor asanas (poses) to increase your strength and flexibility, and improve breath capacity. Beginner to experienced students are welcome! This is a one hour class.

Start your Saturday with an invigorating and relaxing rooftop yoga class that enhances your mind-body connection. This all-levels gentle yoga class will take you through a slow sequence of satisfying poses that promote strength, mobility, balance, and ease as you enjoy a beautiful view of the Flatirons. This class is appropriate for all levels of experience and modifications will be offered to make the practice work for you. Bring your own mat and a blanket or pillow if you want cushioning. We’ll be soaking up the sun on the rooftop, so practicing in a hat and sunglasses is welcome!

Kerry Bio: Specializing in gentler approaches to yoga, Kerry incorporates simple but impactful breath and meditation practices into her accessible, down-to-earth, and uplifting classes. Kerry is a master’s candidate in Somatic Counseling and is also a sound therapy practitioner offering individual and group sound experiences.
