Museum Tours with JP Stevens
JP Stevens arrived in Boulder in 1975 with his then future wife, Cynthia, who he’d met while attending University in the Pacific Northwest. JP’s Boulder roots run deep- his grandfather was born in a farmhouse in Hygiene, Colorado in 1896. Growing up, JP attended Longmont High School. He would later spend most of his career in the tech industry, starting his career at the Boulder-based company NBI Incorporated. He would also go on to work for Compaq and Microsoft before retiring in 2018. JP and Cynthia have lived in Boulder in the same house for over forty years. JP has always been interested in history and feels blessed to live in a community with such a rich history and with citizens who are committed to capturing and preserving our heritage.
Tours are held every Sunday at the Museum of Boulder and begin at 11am and 1pm.
Included with standard admission to the Museum of Boulder. Tickets are available online or can be purchased in person at our front desk.
